The AMBROSYIA professional tea maker is a precision instrument which allows accurate process control of temperature, time, volume, steeping cycles and flushing when simultaneously brewing of 4 cups of tea which can be of different variety running at separate settings. During brewing, the tea is gently stirred by air bubbles for better extraction and oxygenation. Brewing time is optimized, e.g. by pre-heating of water. The machine is suitable for Black Tea, Oolong, Green Teas, Infusions and non-espresso type brewing of coffee.
