" Overall a very good service for anyone who needs a repair job but don't have a regular workshop. Instead of doing your own research and risking a bad experience, carfix gets quotes from workshops in Kaki Bukit, Toh Guan or Kranji (the latter being the cheapest). Wilbert replies quickly and is very friendly and efficient.
My car had quite bad scratches/dent to the L rear pax door and wheel area. Carfix was able to quote based on the photos and arranged a date at a location of my choice.
Job was done within a day as promised and it was a job well done. Paid $450 (incl GST) for the knocking of the dent, and respray to the section. (got another quote for 700 - 800 b4 GST) See photos before and after.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars:
1. Quote changed from initial max of 380 to 450 without clear explanation
2. Payment had to be via PayNow in full before servicing. I questioned Wilbert re this at the end of the whole thing. His reason is that they had to do this to address the problem of no-shows. That's probably fair enough but might be difficult for most to accept should the job entail a much larger quantum "
