Bought "fresh tiger prawn" and then found out it's frozen after I came back home.
I'm not living nearby so can't even return.

" Bought a salad with the usual toppings at this cold storage. Was only given 3 mushrooms for one of the toppings, which should be a scoop. Emailed CS and all they asked is more pictures and evidences. Short sell. Will not patronise this outlet again. "

" Wow! Really happy to say you literally exit the MRT One North Station and you are inside a huge building that houses a bright shiny clean Cold Storage. Okay not cheap but air con is fab and aisles are wider than most stores. Watch for sale items and advise friendly clerks if price doesn't come up on self check out. They will fix.
Lots of easy convenience meals, fresh produce, breads, spirits and wine and fresh juices. Very uncrowded on a Saturday morning! "
