Tried booking with Dr Miles for my dog to have a check up. I was greeted with an unprofessional child retard called Jill. She basically said that Miles was too busy and starting laughing like some drugged out baboon. If Companion Animal Surgery’s customer service is a reflection of the vet care ... then I’m glad to bring my pets elsewhere. Whoever owns this Vet should consider Sacking their front reception if they have any hope of restoring credibility! What a joke ! "

" Great vets! They helped our little Dachshund during night hours.
The vet didn't push to do any expensive exams or treatments, but what was necessary.
They explained everything well and easy and helped to ease our worries.
The facility is clean and well equipped and also easy to find.
Pricing was OK as well, even during the night hour. (we would pay everything for our dog)
Great place and we will be back if necessary. Thanks! "

" Wanted to share this looooog ago, my cat suffered from urinary tract blockage, when we notice it, he’s already vomiting (signs of early kidney failure). We rushed him to this clinic at nite, because we can’t wait for the next day to bring him to our clinic. The vet said have to put a catheter and put him under GA, we understood that is necessary, gave 1000dollars for deposit and left. At 2am, we received a phone call said our cat collapsed, going to die. We were shocked and rushed to clinic again. And they asked need to continue save him or not... OMG, if that’s ur family member, do u leave him like that? Of coz, we said yes. After Long resuscitation, he came back but still very very drowsy. The next day, the Dr said his eye not reacting to any light. He’s blind!!!!! We almost faint, just a small procedure, our 2yeara old cat can not see!!! And 1000 dollars gone. No sorry no other words from them. I am a nurse, I did my research after this incident, I found out that if a Cat is having signs of renal failure, the Vet should do a blood test to check if still safe to put under GA!!!! Because the kidney can not remove the GA, the cat will be over dosage even if it is a normal dosage for other cats!!!! What kind of dr u all have? Never admit the mistake. Pls DO NOT bring ur love one to this clinic any more. "

" Our pet poodle had a hip dislocation during a public holiday and we panicked. Thanks to companion and it's team of vets, we managed to address the situation quickly and save him a lot of pain. Special thanks to Dr Jansen and Dr Claire for the help. "

" Me & my wife are new to cat caring, recuse a stray kitten 6 weeks ago. She(kitten) has a high fever and restless for a few hours, we panic and went ComVet.
Waited for an hour plus on emergency @ 3am.
Young lady vet attend to us, explain the kitten condition and use ice pack to 'cool' the fever.
Kitten temperature went down, thank God, and the Vet.
But the charge are too steep for me, and they charge twice on consultation, unknowingly, 1st 20mins & a Sub 15mins ($120 + $38.93).
Both the Vet & Nurse are OK, quite a pleasant visit but costly.
It would be great if the cost can be advice before hand. "

" Those who have written here with negative remarks for Companion, can you all consider coming together as a group so we can report them to AVA and CASE? They really have no integrity, are rude, unkind, sickeningly interested in charging exorbitant amounts and im gobsmacked about their attitude problem. How can we get in touch with each other to do this? Or can you all please make reports with AVA and CASE so once they see there are many reports and complaints coming in, these organisations will realise this vets should not be allowed to practice anymore! "

" I would give this clinic a negative star and probably should have approached them with a lawsuit for unethical practices if I could. Avoid chop shop vets who insisted on having surgery on my cat immediately saying she would die otherwise, when what she really needed was some drip to help treat her kidney failure. Putting her through GA and surgery made the situation worst. Looking back there were all the symptoms of kidney failure but they didn't even suggest the possibility of it. A whopping $10K+ bill and nearly dead, I brought my cat to another clinic for critical treatment. Somehow my cat also came back positive for FELV at this clinic, TWICE, and a week later tested at another clinic was negative.
Oh they also burnt my cat during surgery which became blistered and raw (I asssune also extremely painful) now she has 3 permanent bald spots on her coat.
