" I stayed in a room for 3 adults. The room was quite small, but they managed to use the space efficiently, and it was cozy: 1 queen bed below, and 1 single bed above it. The bathroom was also nice, clean, and I hope that the hotel can add water spray for the toilet. The staff was friendly (we can actually buy attraction tickets with a lower price here) and cleanliness wise, quite clean. But somehow, there was a trail of ants at the corner of the desk. Overall, awesome stay! Definitely would stay again :) "

" Really Bad experience. I booked through Agoda for 04 Nights from 10th Oct 2017 said to be Superior double room no 311 which is much packed where I can't imagine it's got 12square meters as mentioned in the booking. It's not a good feeling at all sleep and waking up looking at the toilet door. Worst thing the drainage noise disturbs sleep at night and also a very disgusting feeling when you hear it over the head. Their housekeeping good but this was a terrible experience. I complained to the hotel staff no one took adequate attention to the matter. Be careful and mindful booking through Agoda or direct. 😠 "

" we rent hotel for 4 nights and coincided book for 2 ppl for 1 double bed room. While checking in,a female staff with long hair,skinny and pimple on her face ask us about the how many people stay in one room. We honestly told her we have 3 in a room,but we willing to pay extra for one more person as we knew it's our fault for the wrong booking. Her attitude change to so rude,typed computer system loudly and rejected us,a suggesttion from her to rent another double bed room as she said pay extra to join another person in our room is not allow.We decided to rent one more room even one of our friend need to stay alone.Although we stay for 4 nights but we rent only 2 nights due to one of our friend has booked a room at this hotel on the 4th night here and one of us can join his room.The female staff treated us badly and rude when she gave us to sign documents that required. On the 4th day, my friend checked in for the room and the female staff said to my friend ,she need our present as our check out for the 2nights double bed has problem. We're wondering ,because morning shift worker helped us to check out our room successfully and she need us to go to the lobby to settle it again. We went down and she asked for our passport and recheck all the document again and said to us we We tried to corporate with her request. She asked one of our friend to sign one more document without explaining.We admit that we stayed 3 people in one room for a night as we really out of budget for one more room.The female worker is really so rude and mean said to us: " adik,jangan ingin mau tipu.agak agak ya ". we really get hurted with her word of 'agak agak ' as we never think of cheating anyone or anything as we told her earlier we have 3 people in a room while checking in on the 1st night and we willing to pay extra for one more person in a room.We just hope that this female worker can improve her attitude towards the client,if have any query please direct talk to the client but not using others excuse and inform the client indirectly. "

" i love the 'good for 3 person' rooms they have and how the interior design looks like. the hair blower plugged inside the room didn't work though but the over all stay was worth it. the staff were very accomodating and free wifi is good. accessible to diff local cuisines as well. "
