We commit on results to get talents in.While traditional agency model focuses onto "finding talents" (or simply "forwarding resumes"), we proactively take deep focus on "getting talents in".In some cases we helped employers build the entire strategy on the whole recruitment process which often refers to marketing, social media, and branding etc. Sometimes we designed the selection schemes for employers or also delivered the selection process on behalf of the employers.
