" Audiologist Soh Lee Lee is a patient and caring professional. It’s always distressing when our physical faculties start to weaken; failing eyesight, reduced agility, stamina etc. So when my loss of hearing started, it was initially ignored, then denied and subsequently delayed in getting assessment and help.
While fairly reluctant to get a hearing aid initially, the insightful advice from both the ENT Surgeon and Audiologist both concluded that a hearing aid is normal and imminent. Not only will it effectively sustain my social interactions, it will also help keep the part of my brain, which processes sounds, healthy with good audio detection and recognition.
So, with Soh Lee Lee’s professional help I decided to acquire a hearing aid. And what a difference it made; I could hear again the more gentle conversations, the Pastor’s sermon from the pulpit, the telephone caller’s actual questions, not to mention the chirps of the birds etc. While some adjustments and getting used to was needed, Lee Lee preempted the initial concerns and possible hiccups with timely advice. All in, thanks to her, it was a smooth and efficient experience to get a hearing aid accurately calibrated to my own level of hearing loss in each ear. 👍👍 "

" I was attended by Dr Soh Lee Lee , the Audiologist on 5th November 2021 on my mild to severe hearing loss on my right ear and moderate to severe on my left ear with tinnitus. I was very pleased with her for helping and tackling my hearing issues professionally. She is very knowledgeable,caring and the one who would listen to her patient's need and would take extra mile to ensure her patient is feeling comfortable with her by sharing her own life experiences.
