" Since we are burrowed here for quarantine, I'm not able to make use of any facility outside the room. Because Google suggested me to write a review, I'm writing this.

Though the services are restricted due to quarantine rules, our stay in the hotel was really good. With beautiful view from 20th floor, facilities that hotel offered albeit confined to the room, I am revising my rating to 5-star. Reception, concierge and floor staff were patient in answering our queries over phone, delivering services and I know they are already burnt as the whole hotel is dedicated for quarantine. "

" Went for the Ramadhan buffet on 2 May 2021 .. Firstly, the food came very slow and service was slow as well. Ordering through pieces of paper was such a hassle. Secondly, ordered earl grey tea through the paper at 7PM and it only arrived at about 840PM. We constantly asked different staff about it and they kept on telling us that it's brewing, they are waiting to send the tea in bulk as others ordered it as well. We asked about 2 to 3 times to different staff and they all gave different answers. We then asked a female staff about it at about 830PM and she then walked and went to her colleague and said "this table asking for tea but there no more then how?" and walked away to talk to the manager. Clearly, this attitude and service is rude and bad. Our tea was served and the manager then came to talk to me. He explained how he has served our table 7 times but none of us asked him and that he would definitely give it to us if we asked. I tried to explain that we asked different staff about it but he just continued on to talk and explain how we did not tell him when he served to our table several times. Time given to me to explain would have been much appreciated. Overall, never coming here again. "

" Went to the lobby bar for a meeting with a client. Bar sold decent locally brewed IPA and gave us bowls of crisps and pop corn, service was good. All in all what you would expect from a lobby bar in a 5 star hotel in a city like Singapore; great service, quality and just OK ambience. They had a buy one get one free offer on for happy hour which is always welcome. Would go again. "

" It had a good variety of food ranging from meat to seafood and all of them tastes ever so good. Service wise was fast, efficient and friendly. Loved it! But note that the price is considerably expensive as compared to other buffet style restaurants. "

" I went there for the dinner buffet. The dinner was great. I love the oysters. They were very fresh and delicious. Additionally, they have this chilli crab that is amazing too. In overall, the food is amazing and worth the price "

" A very beautiful, clean, and safe place to be here in Singapore. I've been here many times. Working as a US Merchant Marine Officer, I've been in and out of Singapore for the last 5 years. A bit expensive if you don't know where to go. But over all, a great place to visit. "

" I stayed here for 2nights, maid had doing everything clean. They gave you so many pillow soft one and firm one.
Breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of kind to choose.

" This is not my first time to Holiday Inn Atrium. Location is pretty accessible. However with the ongoing roadworks, it can be quite easy to miss the entrance/carpark of the hotel. Attended as the best man of a friend's wedding. Was appointed as the main coordinator with the banquet manager. Overall was smooth although with some hidcups but was solved eventually. Service staff during banquet were young. Probably part-timers. Could have done better with better experience or proper training given. Overall experience was pleasant. "

" Location is great. Just at the outskirt of the City Centre, it provides convenience to town but maintains the peacefulness and serenity. Although there's no access by the MRT but there are many buses which plies to various areas. Food quality is pretty good and the hotel is quite well maintained given its age. "

" We enjoyed our time here. A few teething problems to start with around room configuration but the were happily resolved. Good breakfast. The atrium is really very spectacular. Great having a little convenience store right next door. Walking distance to a hawker food center. Deluxe rooms with own small lobby worked as well or better than interconnecting "

" Nice quiet hotel except that the road work outside didn't make the hotel obvious. Good Chinese food in Xin Chinese cuisine. Polite and helpful staff. "

" Nice place. My experience was good except the breakfast buffet. I wanted to change the rate of my room such that it includes breakfast and I was told that it's done...However when I landed in the restaurant it was not communicated to them, the person who told me it's done was not available on the reception and it took a good 15 minutes,. Only to say that you can have breakfast and sort this when you check out 😢 "

" Honestly, should I say it's the best hotel I have been in? Nope. It's the excellent one. Anytime I am in Singapore, I will choose this hotel over and over again, excellent customer service, ambience, food etc is just on point! and the views from their rooms are spectacular! Omg! I love this place. For sure! I am having my honey moon there, I didn't want to leave the place though. "
