The Manager was able to spray something but the smell wast completely gone. Rooms are way smaller than the images published. Considering the room rates this idnt the best option to stay in Singapore. " Clean but tiny room, very little space to put stuff. We chose a room with a balcony which was pleasant. Phone didn’t work and wasn’t repaired during our stay although we told reception. It was well priced for Singapore. "

" Location is near to bus stop, Bedmeer MRT, Mustafa Centre (24 hours money changer). Also can walk to Sim Lim Square or Bugis street. Many restaurants in front of the hotel. They open till late of night. "

" The goodness of thise hotel became our standard when choosing budget hotels on our next travels. Hotel 81 Elegance is your money's worth. Easy booking via Agoda. We booked a room without a window but when we checked-in they gave us a room with a city view since the original guest did not show up. Our room is very clean & well maintained. Basic room facilities are complete. Towels are supplied everyday. The receptionists are friendly & helpful. The location is nice, just a good walk from Lavender Station, at the very heart of the city. Buses to & from Kuala Lumpur stops at Lavender Station. "

" The room is small. Cleaning needs to be improved. There are unpleasant smells in the bathroom and I got dirty towels everyday staying there. Even though the location is great, near three MRT stations, I will never book a room at Hotel 81 Elegance again. "

" It's like a motel than a hotel. The room we got was not clean. Our bed sheet had still makeups on it, and ants are everywhere,Desk, bed and air conditional. It's really filthy. Also we're requesting to pay $15 per hour, if we want to check in early. 2 stars for the friend staff and the wonderful location. "

" God customer service. However could improve on adding more international channels on tv. Free WiFi is a good offer for guests. It's fast and easy to connect. Toilets are literally small, could improve on more space. Nearby to Food courts and very close to mustafa centre and city square centre. "
