Idealogy is a flex-capacity advisory for venture building, venture partnerships, interim management, and innovation.This is the ‘personal label' of Johny Tay, startup advisor for more than 20 startup networks from Singapore to Silicon Valley, and a venture partner for several investor networks.Idealogy's history dates back to 2012, when I co-founded a research consulting company in Toronto, Canada. In the next three years, the company executed research projects spanning North America. Unfortunately, I had to return to Singapore in 2015, and thereafter started v2.0 of that company, Idealogy.Initially, Idealogy focused on market research and branding but business issues are interrelated; as my opportunities and knowledge evolved towards innovation and new ventures, so did the focus of Idealogy.
