" Greedy and useless. They don't answer emails unless it involves you paying them. The only thing they do quickly is to send an invoice to take your money. Nothing is included in their package - everything costs extra. They quoted me over $2000 to do the company financial accounts when I had less than 10 transactions. They quoted me more than $2000 to strike off the company. They wanted me to pay a fortune just to lodge the annual tax return - a trivial manual task that takes less than 5 minutes! Stay away from these grifters.
Edit: The owner's response to this Google review is disingenuous. I have complained directly to Incorp many times, and they don't care. They just want your money. I repeat: stay away from these grifters! "

" Take your money elsewhere. I used Incorp's services for the good part of two years. During that time I would have to say that their support is amongst the worst experiences I've had. Annual fees and expenses are high but output is minimal. My account representative changed 3-4 times during the two years. Transparency is non existent, phone calls were rarely answered and took days to respond - emails the same. As the owner of a small business I'd have to say that they really attribute the bare minimum of resources to such models as mine. When I informed that I would like to close my account they said they'd like to keep me onboard and would "try harder" to better their services. Poor effort "
