" Paid their service to cure the termite from my house. They came to my house to perform inspection, and proposed dry wood treatment. Agreed and paid for their service including 1yr warranty in April.
After 6months, issue still exist…and now they told me that it needs different treatment and ask for another payment.
The sevice people are just rude…told me that i am not customer because they cant find it in the system.
Avoid their service at all cost. There are better service provider.

Finally we managed to have video call to address the issue. Ironman Pest agreed to do another treatment as part of their warranty.
They have came to do their first treatment. They also promised to fix all the damage that was done on the door.
I will update this page again once they have completed the treatment as well as fixing the damage on the door. "

" I requested for Ironman services to help with Lizard removal from my house. They responded very promptly, set an appointment for the same day and Sam came to my house at the exact time that I requested. He was very quick with his service and effectively removed the two lizards.
Then my house was also fumigated by Ironman pest control.
Im very satisfied with the service provided and will call them again for pest control when needed! Thank you. "

" Thank you for being so responsive and prompt. Very good service received from Sam and team. Came down on the same day itself to inspect and able to schedule a service within the same week. Also flexible to accommodate change in schedule as my daughter was down with stomach flu. Sam also helped to cover up the hole outside my room created by birds to build nest and ended up causing bird mites. Overall very satisfied with their service. Awesome! "

" Excellent service and hassle free booking. Inspection was done thoroughly with an explanation on what rat food was used and the effect it brings. Kudos to Uncle Kamil for finding my dear chonky rat, checking for all possible escape routes and finally proceeding for the catch! Thank you! "
