" Horrendous customer service. Did not deliver what they promised. Messed up my booking with Royal Caribbean.
Despite the error, which had been evidently proved, JTB has refused to hold themselves accountable for the mistake. They even tried to shift the blame to the consumer by saying “We do ask our customers to double check their bookings when we send the documents to them”.
Terrible customer service. Atrocious service recovery.
Avoid at all costs. "

" I just returned from JTBs AUTUMN COLOURS 7 ONSEN in NORTH CENTRAL from 12th to 19th Oct 2016 with Mr David Choo as our tour guide.
May I commend Mr Choo for making our trip enjoyable with hIs efficient handling from hotel stay to managing the tourist crowd well inspite of their carelessness forgetfulness grumblings etc. WIth his lively and downto earth sense of humour and accomodating polite personality, we enjoyed our trip much.
