Initially I was having second thoughts as the name was not familiar to me but when I started doing research online, I was really impressed by the video that they had posted in their YouTube channel and the education that they are providing to the public. I have no idea diamonds have lots of shapes, cuts and grades. So after watching the videos, I was really more confident in choosing the rings that we want.

" My partner and I went ring shopping without too much knowledge in what to look out for in diamonds beyond the aesthetics. We made an appointment with JannPaul with the intention to just browse their range of diamonds and were pleasantly surprised by the great service and attention offered by Avery. Avery took much time to educate us on how to evaluate a diamond and was very patient in servicing every of our requests and questions.
