" I went to King Koil Flagships store at Genting Lane to look for queen size mattress for my elderly parent, met with Wilson at the store and Wilson was knowledgeable and friendly to show me around and also explain the differences of the mattress that I saw at the gallery. He also explained the technical specifications of different mattresses and what are needed on bed frame to give a good long lasting mattress. He even encouraged me to visit other locations and try different King Koil mattress which was not displayed at the gallery. Appreciate his patience and frank advise. Finally two weeks later I brought my niece to visit Wilson again and a decision was made and mattress was delivered few days ago, my parent was very happy with the mattress. Thank you to Wilson with his good advice given. "

" Good service by sales person and patience to let me try on different mattress. Picked smart cool gel matress, firmness 9/10 just what I like , bed is cooling indeed, easy to fall asleep.
Delivery call to confirm n remind delivery ahead. Delivery men helped to dismantle existing storage bed for a small fee, they provide free disposal of old bed frame n matress. Would recommend. "
