" Poor service! Super disappointing.
I was introduced to this company to buy my travel ticket for my exchange trip to Germany. We only have the estimated date of when we will be returning to singapore, therefore we choose to buy a flexi ticket in case we wanted to change our return date.
Everything is fine before our departure, the reply is not that quick but it is still reasonable to wait. (That is before the money is transferred to them)
When we decided on the return date, I tried contacting the agent to change my return flight date, surprisingly no replies, and I had to go through other parties to find that agent out before she replies. All the answers I got is "I will get back to you tomorrow" and that tomorrow never comes.
Raging, I called the hotline in Germany, and the answer I got is "you could change it from the airline website itself you doesn't need to come back to the travel agency and ask to change your return flight ticket." It is so nonsensical! I had check with that website and it clearly said unable to change my flight ticket due to agency involved.
After going through so much trouble in contacting the airline, and i went through all the troubles to get my flight ticket done, I still get an ATTITUDE from the agent.
Does it means that we are student, and we don't deserve to get service? Am I asking too much just for a simple flight ticket to be change? "

" I think they need to upgrade or refurbish their waiting area for passenger.
It is a drab ugly room with unmatched chairs and looks rather of make-shift standard. Other bus agency waiting room looks really classy and or at least decent. They put in effort to do up the place. But not this one.
Another complaint is they don't honour to the bus departure time that u have booked. If yours is a say 8am one, they will delay to a 9am departure so that they can consolidate all the passengers into one coach. Cost cutting means. "

" comfortable reclining seats , small TV per seat to watch movie were good. However the bus operator was delayed by an hour (booking was 10am at cameron Highlands to Singapore and ended up leaving at 11am. After arriving at Singapore (Boon lay) we need to transfer to another bus just to go to Golden Mile Complex.
The messages were also not in English with the staff fully knowing that we don't speak Chinese. At night for bus transfer there was no announcement at all.
Great double decker bus no doubt. The driver was friendly but the service really needs to improve.
I recommend Transtar if you're taking a bus out of Singapore "
