I said this is my first time and I need to perhaps consult to know which is most suited. Straightway she responded in a rude way that the next earliest appointment is next Feb. And asked me to read the website myself to decide. I guess i am one patient too many of your overflowing business. so thanks but no thanks. "

" Signed up for the Women's Wellness Package. Booking and registration processes were smooth and fuss free. Nurses at reception and staff at screening clinic were professional and polite. However, I'm only giving it 3-stars as the doctor that attended to us for our review was in my opinion, unpleasant. For that, I will reconsider other facilities for my next health screening. This wasn't a make-or-break, but: the breakfast provided with my package, by the cafe La Ristrettos Coffee Roasters across the clinic was pretty awful too. "

" Second time coming here for an X-ray (in April this year and today). Both times I had an appointment booked but still waited more than 1 hour before I was registered and another hour before the X-ray scan. All in all, I spent 2.5 hours at the clinic today just to get my X-ray taken. If you need patients who have booking to wait for more than an hour, you need to communicate this better or review your booking system. "

" From booking to completing the screening, the whole procedure has been very smooth. Served by friendly team. Dr gave a lot of reassurance and mentally prepared me for thinprep and gave appropriate advice for add on test that is helpful. Just a minor issue : weighing scale not working well, almost recorded wrong weight. I took initiative to ask nurse Sha to weigh me again. She was very kind and checked the scale and fixed the issue. Thank you to the team "
