" I think they only want to do large jobs. I was referred by a friend to them, without hesitation, i had arranged for translating a few documents and their reply was very quick. The task was done very fast in a week.
But thereafter in a month when i enquire for SD charges back in end Dec 2021, had waited very long for replies and now after following up, to my surprised the person replied me to go look for another lawyer instead as he/she is not familiar. They had kept me waiting for so long and now last minute asking me to go look for another lawyer, the tone in WA does not sound proper and rude! Not professional at all!! "
