" Responsive and fast service. Also very helpful in answering my questions. Overall process was fuss free and the rug was sent right to the door step via the rug trial! Granted you have to pay a service fee for the trial, but you get to see exactly how it would look in your home + furniture. Would totally recommend for folks looking for a good quality rug for your home. "
