" The worst PD, Dr Mark is totally not interested in hearing about your concerns nor treating your child’s condition. He shows an irritated face when asked decent questions like whether organic or non organic food affects a child’s eczema or is the cause of it. Shows an irritated face like you’re asking a ridiculous question, went back multiple times over the course of months to treat eczema and he does the appointments in such a rush like as if your child is not important and simply just says put moisturizer should be ok like is that what patients pay money and travel to see a doctor for? Totally no benefit in seeing him. Dr Mark cant be bothered and he should not be a PD if he is so unhappy at his job. Doesn’t even do the injections himself, really disappointed that there can even be such a PD. Thank God we made the switch over to Dr Hia who is so much better. Should have done so earlier, would never recommend Dr Mark Loh "

" My twins are cared for by Dr Loh and his team of very professional and caring nurses since day 1. It’s always very stressful dealing with anything relating to the kids’ medical issues, but Dr Loh’s calming persona helps. His team of nurses are also very experienced and composed despite working in a high stress environment with sick kids and worried parents. Dr Loh is also never one to overprescribe and his medical advice and care has always been professional and effective. Highly recommend this team! "

" Terrible experience with Dr Mark Loh. Only used him because he had a tie up with our gynae.
Brought our baby in for the routine 1st month check and asked about red spots on her face and flaking. He simply brushed it aside as eczema and asked us to apply moisturiser.
3 days later and my baby's skin worsen even with the moisturiser and we quickly brought her to another PD. This time, the PD said her skin had already been infected and lucky that we brought her in. She needed antibiotics to treat. My baby's skin is now almost back to normal after just 2 days of medication.
Totally lost faith in him after this experience. Never bringing my baby back here again less he brushes another severe condition off as something minor.
What a waste of time and money. "

" Went to Dr Loh for a second opinion quite some time ago, my son kept coughing in the night and happened for a few months already. Dr Loh was very cold during the consultation and ordered a blood test to be done to see if it was allergies. The results came back with elevated index on the allergy tracker and he just dismissed it as dust mites & mould allergies and advised to take antihistamine & change curtains/ bedsheets often. Did what he said but no improvement so went to see another PD and my son was diagnosed with bronchitis which he had recovered after the medication. The nurses were indeed friendly, but I would not go back to Dr Loh again as I feel he is not thorough with his diagnosis. "
