Have arrangement with a bad restaurant which serves same items all days. Complaints at the reception are not entertained. Not worthy for having even 1star hotel. Request people to stay at some good hostel instead of this hotel. "

" Good budget Hotel. Perfect if you only need a place to sleep at night. The room is small, several room with twin bed has no extra space that both of the bed is combined just like double bed, and 1 of them attached to bathroom wall. Breakfast is served in cafe beside the lobby. The location is strategic, you can reach Bugis Junction, Bugis MRT station, Bugis market, and many resto/cafe by foot. "

" The staff here are fabulous. Speak good English and couldn’t have done more to make our stay a good one. A small hotel the rooms are adequate with basic facilities. Body wash provided but no shampoo or conditioner. Hairdryer provided. Bed a bit lumpy and one pillow but everything clean and fresh. Great value for money and well situated to access the city centre and Marina Bay. The main thing that lets the hotel down is the breakfast. This is provided at a nearby cafe and is not good. There is limited choice and what is provided is far from hygienic. A loaf of Bread in its plastic bag and a toaster. Jam, peanut butter and butter in plastic pots that look as if they have been used over and over again. It’s a shame as this little hotel has a big heart "

" There are no fridges in the rooms. All guests have to share a table top fridge on the 2nd floor. The same goes for drinking water. Rooms are small and hardly enough room to keep luggage. The rooms also have very small bathrooms. Breakfast is outsourced to a Chinese restaurant, couple of metres from the hotel. Unfortunately, the restaurant serves the same thing every day and there's not much in variety. Overall a good place if you intend to spend a few days and don't mind going to the water dispenser now and then. "

" Location is very very good. Just walk a few minutes from Bugis Junction and MRT Downtown Line exit D. Price is good enough for their super great location. Receptionist staffs also great, took only few minute for check in/out.
IMHO, they should improve their concern about cleanliness. I stayes for 4 days & on my last 2 days they didn't clean & make up my room. The worst thing is they didn't clean up the used cup. Well I used that cup for coffee in the morning and when I get back to hotel at night, I still can smell the rest of the coffee. I think they just pour some water into the cup and pour the water out again, they don't wasg it with soap or even change it. "

" Love the location of the place. It is vibrant with many eateries nearby and a short walk away from bugis mrt station. Definitely convinient and close to the heart of the city. Location wise highly recommended. "
