She replaced my necklace with a new one, it was such a nice surprise. I feel much better that I can still have my necklace on me everyday instead of doing without one.
The quality of the pieces from them are amazing. Though they do recommend not to shower with it, i do it anyway and they do not tarnish at all. They remain super shiny and hypoallergenic.
