" Mixed Vets but the Vet named Eileen really deserves kudos: she was very friendly and was open with her advice which we appreciated a lot being first time dog owners "

" Been to 3 vets in Singapore and received the best service and treat here.
Most of my neighbors go here as well.
Around this vet, there are a lot of pet related shops like a bakery for animals "

" Took our cat to get some jabs. Called yesterday to arrange and went in today. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Reception staff and vet Dr Putri were brilliant and clearly love animals. Recommended. "

" I went to Mount Pleasant Animal Clinic, East Coast Road, Singapore to get my mongrel pup his 3rd set of injections as a walk in customer. Today is 1st of June 2012. I was there at 4 pm.
The clinic says that it is open Monday - Friday from 1 pm to 4.30 pm.
When I arrived at 4 pm, I was told that the clinic was closed although there were no signs that I could see advising customers of this.
Then I was told that they could give the injection for an additional S$100 for out of hours consultation.
Who are these people kidding?????????
I have moved my account to another Vet practice who were great about giving the pup his injection even though it was technically out of hours, and at no extra charge.
Mount Pleasant Animal Clinic, please learn about and teach your staff some customer management if you want to retain customers!
