" This fat girl named Valerie Huang was showing us bad service and rude attitude today. We went to deposit coins , and she guide us to use the machine but end up the machine is jam , all the coins can’t be deposit to the account. Then she like push the responsible to us , and very rudely ask us to go home and wait. She is not professional enough to guide us in the process yet not polite at all to explain to us what steps we need to do. At the end she only fill up some document for us when we ask her for solution. This type of serve staff shouldn’t put in the front line. I’m very disappointed with OCBC in the type of service standard 😡😡😡😡 "

" I believe this would be the flagship building for OCBC, but I might be wrong. Large number of staff to cater for all your potential banking needs, but waiting time can still be a bit long. Was misguided to the lower level, as premier banking customers can proceed directly to the second level for shorter waiting periods. Parking is available at the building, but lots are hard to come by and like all other parking locations in the vicinity, exorbitant. If you are anticipating a long wait, might be better to considering alternative parking or modes of transport. Overall, it’s an acceptable establishment, with seatings, but would do better if waiting is reduced. "

" 360 account was promising at first but as time goes it is not as competitive as others. Like other banks, I do appreciate the online banking features. I am also grateful for the credit card fee waivers as I do not use the cards often now. "
