I'm almost positive this is a hang out for the local organized crime bosses, so don't try to strike up conversations. Highly recommend "

" Top 5 cigar lounge in SG! In the heart of Chinatown (Trengganu street). A wide selection to choose from including an impressive whisky offering too. Helpful host Heng took good care of us, and we had a good session there today! Worth a visit. "
