The breakfast buffet is fresh with a great variety.
The rooms however need a bit of refurbishment.
The seal on my mini bar fridge was gone. So the door couldn't close properly.
The towels are thin, as is the bath robe.
Wifi is great, location is good, however you will see a lot of ladies of the night outside once it gets dark.
Would consider staying again next time I'm in Singapore. "

" Although located off Orchard's main shopping belt, it is only a short distance away from all the hustle and bustle activities. One can opt for a quiet or hectic activity. Amenities and ambience are great. "

" A lady at front desk in particular was rude. The room is nice, housekeeping did a good job. Boardroom is nice but not able to lock to safeguard our items inside. Buffet food was satisfactory. "

" Had the oyster and lobster buffet. The oysters were a little too salty. But they were very fresh. Really enjoyed the slow cooked beef and the lamb chops in mint. The lobster was good too. Overall, a very enjoyable meal. "

" Used the business center for some paperwork online 5 dollars each for printing plus tax. Cappuccino was good in the lobby friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. Awesome designer seats in the cafe. Spent a few hours there. "

" Location is easy to find. Setting is pleasant. Had dinner at "10 at claymore" restaurant. Service was good with waiters refiling drinks and clearing empty plates without delay. Food had a huge variety of local favorites as well as international cuisines in an all-you-can-eat buffet. As I did not spend my night there, I cannot comment about their room service. However, the doorman has shown much courtesy and friendliness when he opened the car door for me to get in. Overall experience was great. "

" In a great location if you want to be in Orchard. I experienced great service and can't find any faults. Room was nice and had everything I expected. Also had a Nespresso machine which was a nice bonus. "

" Rooms have become slightly old and the restaurant in the lobby makes it very smelly. However all their rooms had Handy phones with unlimited internet and local/international calling. This phone made our trip great to the extent that I will definitely be staying here again. "

" Room, bathroom, and hotel are very well maintained. Front desk staff are friendly, not so much for the buffet breakfast staff - no smile, and knocked my wife's chair while pushing the baby chair and carried on. Hard to get the staff's attention too - no one had any eye contact. Tables were hardly cleared, breakfast spread was limited. Pool is simple, and it's a mineral water pool instead of the chlorine pool. A short walk to Orchard Road malls, convenient. Room has complimentary TWG tea (4 types) and 3 types of Nespresso coffee. Overall good value for money. The drop in star is due to the dining experience and the check out system. They only have 2 counters. Check in and check out same counters. No express check out. They should consider express check out for the convenience of the hotel guests. After all they've already collected the deposit.... They can just deduct whatever from the deposit. We queued for 20 minutes just to hand over our 2 room access cards as we've already made payment. And when we asked for our complimentary parking ticket, the front desk staff had to go somewhere else to get the ticket for us. They could have placed some parking tickets with them at the counter.... Overall a good value for money hotel if you don't mind the wait to check in or check out, or wait for the parking ticket. "
