" We felt that the architecture and greenery were the best features of the hotel. Rooms are spacious, but beds were too soft for our liking (personal preference here). The building's generally well-maintained, but lacked the detailed touches such as false ceiling debris in the corridor, scraped furniture paint. Service staff were also generally helpful, but could've provided a better experience with a smile. Overall, a good hotel to stay at, conveniently located to the heart of Chinatown and the CBD. "

" Modern and chic hotel! Facilities looked brand new, staff were amazing! We required halal breakfast and the staff took the initiative to inform us to choose the vegetarian options and went further lengths to ensure the meals were prepared separately! Exemplary customer service! In addition, we asked for a cot and we received a cot with a pillow and baby washing items, lovely!
Will be useful for the hotel to obtain halal certificate for their food. Otherwise, we had an amazing staycation! "

" A very nice hotel. Friendly service from all staff. Room was modern and clean. Well equipped amenities including toothbrush, soap, slippers, hair dryer, comb, kettle, etc. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice place to relax beside the swimming pool. Food in Lime restaurant was great, quality and variety wise. Security was on par as you need access card to use the lift. Really enjoyed my stay. "

" Booked a weekend, overnight stay in one of their deluxe rooms. Very easy to find, just right next to Chinatown Point and Chinatown MRT. Had asked for two upgrades, for higher floor and to their orchid club room. I believe we were given our first request for a higher floor at no additional cost because they were unable to give us our second request for upgrade. Was slightly disappointed by lack of bathtub in room since their photos included tubs, but overall satisfied with the room and quality of amenities. Husband and I were particularly impressed by the amount of greens they incorporated in their design and the sitting area near the pool. We were also pleased with the complimentary breakfast selection provided. We've in fact booked another night nearer mid year with them. "

" Booked the junior suite. Room is spacious and clean. The king size bed is comfortable, so is the sofa bed. The view from our room is awesome because of the full length windows. Love the greenery too, plants are everywhere in the hotel. The water pressure was a little weak for the shower but the bathtub is nice with a view. Love the wooden fixtures in the room too. "

" Christmas lunch at Lime was pretty good. Had excellent variety of food, taste as good as they looked, and service was good but could be better. Probably because there was quite a crowd and some were really trying to cope. The decor for food dishes was fantastic especially for this festive season. Great layout and use of space. The Christmas drink though was not really my thing but probably not as bad as I thought. Overall love the place and food. "

" There's been a drop in service levels recently - probably not immediately perceptible to a new guest, but as a long time and frequent guest of the hotel I've noticed it. Hopefully they can regain those service level highs as they stood well above the competition. Hotel is still an urban oasis and there's a lot to like; like the buffet breakfast, well appointed rooms etc. "

" I went to Parkroyal on Pickering for their weekday afternoon tea set. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT. Food was unique with a distinct Singaporean flavour and good value for money. Service there was impeccable with prompt service and good attention paid to each visitor. "

" I adore this hotel!! It is eco-friendly with greenery everywhere. The hotel is located in the Central Business District of Singapore, yet walking distance to Chinatown.
Their breakfast selection is MASSIVE! I enjoyed the coziness of the suite. And their bathroom is well-lighted.
My only point is the rooms are a little too dim to do my reading. Parking is free for hotel guests (up to 2 claims per day). "

" I had to wait +4 hours for one room. The staff told me to wait and kept delaying the room. I understand that the all the rooms were booked during this time but the way they managed the situation was very poor. They just completely forgot about me (and other long waiting people)...I had to kept asking for any vacancies. "

" 9 of us celebrated my mother's birthday on 8 apr 2017. Food spread was pretty wide n sashimi freshly sliced when needed. Service was impressive from doorman to serving staff. Ambience was conducive for group gathering. Only the cut fruits were not as fresh. Anyway thank you for the pleasant experience. "

convenient location. If you're booking a Orchid Club room, ask for one on the 14th floor to have plants outside your window. Offers improved ambience and more privacy in the room, as windows are not glazed.
The club lounge is spacious and modern. Have breakfast here if would appreciate the privacy (and free Champagne.) Otherwise, you can also choose to have breakfast downstairs at the restaurant, for a wider buffet selection. "
