" I’m a tourist from Hong Kong. I was having unbearable pain on my lower wisdom tooth last week. I thought my trip will end with tears until I have found Dr. Chrissie Lam. She’s the most gentle dentist I’ve ever met. She explained to me thoroughly of my condition and I felt very calm during the whole treatment. I finally felt relaxed after my wisdom tooth was extracted.
After knowing I’m from Hong Kong and will be going back home soon, Dr. Lam asked the nurse to make an appointment for me with their Hong Kong branch for removing stitches. That’s really considerate of her.
Nurses of their clinic are also incredibly nice to patients. I received a follow up message from them to ensure that I’m doing fine after the extraction.
Services they provide is satisfactory and it was the best dental experience I ever received. Five stars are not enough for Penn Pacific Dental Center. They’ve made my trip ends with joy. Highly recommend this dental clinic. "

" Dr Yu has been our family dentist since 2014 when he established his first clinic in Hong Kong. He is friendly, patient, professional and very good with children. My girl is now 7 years old and she’s happy to let Dr. Yu to do regular check up. I found Dr. Yu explained everything in detail and he made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. I was relocated to Singapore recently and I am very glad that he has opened his 2nd clinic in Singapore so I can always visit him whenever I need. "
