" The decent hotel is not conveniently located. It may be 'Near' Orchard Rd but it's 25 min walk to the edge of Orchard road where it's not popular. You have to walk a lot further. Car Park is limited and events held here will jam up the whole place "

" Security and staff are friendly. Location is fairly central within Orchard and convenient. It is a business hotel and does that well. "

" I rate it at such as their customer service is bad. It’s a lady. I won’t mention names but if she were to be the one picking up the phone, at least just answer whatever questions the caller has. Not just simply say “you can google it”. Very disappointed with such person that is representing the company. Hope she get well soon and serve customers better in the near future IF she’s not well today :) "

" If you want to reach this hotel from airport by bus, take a bus number 36 and stop at Delfi Orchard Shelter. After that just walk straight for 10 minutes.
Visited this hotel is for attend to STEP event in 2013 and 2017. This hotel have a big room, and the view is really great, really quite, near from orchard road. And in the lobby so many vending machines it was really helpful. "

" I went there for english language test. It is next to Shangri la hotel. Premise is a bit old and during the test they only provide pencil and eraser. Other centres provide stencil pencil. This center provides wireless headset for listening test. Other centres dont. "

" Generously sized rooms, balcony with inner city views. Ground floor was busy with school events on 2 of the 3 nights of my stay. 20 minute walk to Orchard MRT. Beds were a bit springy but bathrooms were spacious and clean. "

" Space was very generous and staff at front counter was friendly. Even though I had a lot of requirements and questions, she managed to serve me with her best attitude and smile. I felt respected and obviously enjoyed my stay at RELC. "

" Nice spacious rooms that fit 4 people at affordable prices. Rooms are clean and look new. Location is a bit secluded but there's still relatively easy access to main road with buses to city & MRT nearby. "

" On arrival checked in smoothly but when asked for WiFi password was told it was down and will only be ready the next day, even then is was still down.
The bedding especially the pillows were smelly. "

- The table and closet areas are contaminated with ants.
- The sink and its water outlet is under-par.
- The inconsistent in shower water temperature can be annoying.
+ The balcony is a good addition.

- The receptionist attitude is under-par in the evening.
