" Perfect budget accommodation right in the heart of China town, we stayed two nights before moving into KL. Its what we needed a shower and a bed. After long days exploring Singapore, we were happy to go back to China town, eat and then shower sleep. No complaints. "

" Al principio ya reservamos otro hotel para nuestro vacaciones por Internet, pero estamos contentos que elegimos Opera House Hotel. Ubica entre la calle Temple y Smith, Chinatown, Singapore, Opera House Hotel es un hotel muy diferente no como otros que hemos visitamos antes. Es un hotel muy elegante y un edificio histórico, era un edificio de ópera chino era 30, con el interior de época chino y tiene matiz de rojo. Opera House Hotel es un hotel muy diferente que otro hotel visitamos, tiene tres piso, el Hall muy grande, y tiene dos entradas principales, accesible a calle Temple (Chinatown Street Market y MRT Chinatown) y a calle Smith (street market y Chinatown Street Food).
Los conserjes del hotel es muy agradable y atento, me ayudan cuando necesito un refrigerador, y cuando pedí para una habitación con ventana. Reservamos dos habitaciones, los que limpios y cómodos. Proporcionaron la habitación con las comodidades normal como: aquas, toallas, productos de baño, sandalia, etc. Aparte de esos, hay una pequeña despensa sitúa en el segunda piso, en la sala de estar, donde puede hacer té y café allí. Tener en cuenta, las habitaciones las que se enfrentan a la calle principal tienen más sonido, especialmente fuimos allí durante la celebración el año nuevo chino. Y durante ese tiempo el sonido permaneció hasta muy tarde en la noche, dije el conserje. Los habitaciónes las que enfrentan al callejón tuvieron menos ruido.
Opera House Hotel con un interior increíble y el valor histórico, tiene el precio razonable, excelente ubicación, lo recomiendo realmente. "

" The room is smaller than expected lol. Small bathroom and bed also. At first i thought this place will be quiet but then i was so wrong, i could hear some racket from outside. Housekeeping didn't knock or bell before entering the room lol i was like "what the hell lol?!". This places also doesn't serve breakfast, no big deal for this. Just i thought they could do better on their service. For this price, i don't think its really worth it but i had no expectation either. "

" Would have given 0 stars if I could. Pathetic is an understatement. Room is extremely small. Nothing else positive about facilities. Location is a plus really close to metro and lot of good places to eat out. Staff here is surprisingly good except for the gentleman who was too busy playing games and refused to help us book a cab.
Final word : Stay away! "

" My room had a balcony and that was the reason for the low rating...noise issue! It's terribly noisy since it faces the busy food street. When the stalls closed around 11 pm, then came the noise from bars and karaoke. Occasionally noisy drunkards and people chatting loudly to 5 am. There's a lot to like about this hotel, but with serious noise issue. I cannot recommend at all. "

" Very old building in the heart of Singapore's Chinatown. Entrance hall decorated in red plush, nevertheless a respectable hotel.
The rooms are very small, especially the shower in the bathroom is only suitable for slim persons.
It's ok to stay here for a night or two. Good connection to public transport, only 10 minutes to walk to the next MRT station. "

" Great service. Room is small but works well. Although you can't get beside your bed, you have to get in from then end as there are walls on both sides. Shower is right next to the basin however wasn't really an issue. Pretty quiet at night and slept well although I did request a room on the top floor. Couldn't open windows or shutters so can't look outside. We were only sleeping there so didn't bother us. Probably wouldn't recommend for someone over 50 though as difficult to get into bed. However other rooms are probably ok. "
