She is very thorough in cleaning and examining my teeth, never fails to observe my body language and never ignores my feedback during dental sessions. She always gives the best suggestions to my problems. For crowns, she would put in a lot of patience to listen to feedback and ensure the best contact points were achieved. " I have been going to Dr Rex Tan since 1998 when Smile Inc was first located in Suntec City. Till today not only am I still his loyal patient but also my family members including my husband, daughter and her children.
What makes us appoint him as our family dentist all these years is his professionalism, friendliness and gentle care whenever he attends to all our dental needs and issues.
Before I introduced my husband to Dr Rex Tan, he used to be so afraid of sitting in a dental chair because most of the dentists he previously encountered with would always take the easy way out by extracting his teeth instead of trying to save it. So then Dr Rex Tan recommended that he replace all his missing teeth and dentures with bridges. It’s been more than 20 years since and till today, he’s still very grateful that Dr Rex Tan has freed him from the shackles of the problem with wearing dentures. "

He excels at everything from regular routine cleanings and fillings to more complicated aesthetic procedures like veneers. Dr Tan has been my dentist for over 20 years. Throughout these years, he has helped keep my teeth clean and healthy. His dental work is the major reason why my smile hasn’t aged in 20 years - in fact the veneers he fitted 15 years ago have improved it! I rarely bother writing reviews but Dr Tan is really good. Dr Rex has treated me with much patience and gentleness from the moment I lean backwards in his chair and surrender my mouth to have him treat my teeth. For his state of the art medical equipment and excellent service, after 22 years with him, need I really go elsewhere? I think not. "
