" Hotel looks aged, but affordable and sufficient for travellers looking for a comfortable hotel that doesn't break the bank. Good location as it is situated near an MRT station (with another one being built right outside it) and near a Food Republic food court nearby, which serves large portions for a low price. Staff were generally warm and helpful. However, one of the receptionists was quite stern when she mentioned that they had a strict rule of not allowing guests into the rooms and elevators (could have put the message across in a friendlier tone). Thus, I couldn't help my girlfriend unpack the heavy gifts she brought for my family during her visit here. "

" It's a discount hotel. Right on the MRT line.
Very basic but clean. Great if you need a place to sleep and clean up before heading out to see the sites. Lots of local places to eat just across the street. Only two stops from China Town. "

" No accessible path for strollers. I carried that and all my stuff using the stairs. Front desk was helpful for contacting rental van for group tours, but it will be pricey. If u don't have kids n luggage use Mrt much cheaper n faster.
You can use the safe at the front desk for safety but they are not liable for loss. Huh?! Really? "

" The location to local mrt is great! Across the street is a food court and other restaurants. If you like din ta fung from Taiwan, it's also close to the food court. Negatives about hotel is that it smells old and the bedsheets and blankets need to be updated asap! "

" Very spacious room and the location is very accessible to the train station, restaurants, sights to see (Merlion Park, Chjimes, and others). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

" Good place,near the mrt and bus stop.Have 7/11 on the other side of the road. Very close to Bugis too.
No lobby but seats near the reception.
There's breakfast available,and small bar there.
Rooms are a bit small but worth with the price you paid. "

The location is awesome. 1 min walk to 2 bus stops and a central MRT station. Food Republic food court is also very close. Room quality is above average. "

" They have family rooms with 2 queen size bed. Breakfast is mediocre but across the hotel, there is a food court. MRT is just round the corner and a new station in construction in front of the hotel on Brass Basah road. "
