" I am only reviewing on their eyelash extensions service at the Orchard outlet which was terrible. It was my first time doing eyelashes and it hurts so bad, I went home and did research on basic eyelash extensions applications and realised they didn’t do it properly. I had two of my real eyelash stuck together in a cluster of individual lashes that also stuck together, they hadn’t bother to prime or prep anything and mine was individual lashes not the clusters. But the individually lashes had all stuck to one another, because she was just picking and placing it not bothering separating my real lashes individually and placing which led to all of those individual lashes becoming clusters and stabbing my eyelids. Overall the eyelash extensions was a terrible job, next time will have to do more research on the place before going in. I lost so much of my real eyelashes . "

" I went for a facial with my mother last week and today I came back for a massage myself. The staff are very professional and gave me a body analysis before the massage. What I liked the most is that the massage is very different from the other spas - I really felt a difference, my legs felt lighter and free from the soreness. I would definitely recommend the place. "

" Went to try the massage on a Groupon deal. The place is conveniently located on the third floor of the Pacific Plaza. They took me for an analysis, which was a very advanced diagnosis system. The analysis correctly pointed out my areas of concern, which I found quite amazing.
The detoxing massage was very good that I felt asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. One thing I didn't like this place is this it is quite noisy. There was renovation going on from downstairs units, which I could understand. However, chatting and laughing sounds from other rooms and hallway was what turned me off. They did explain the ticket and membership options, but it is too over my budget and I wouldn't wanna pay for the price for noisy spa places for long term. "
