The food served is fantastic. Well deserved for the Michelin star. Every dish was very well cooked and assembled. The quality of food served is top notch. Highly recommended. "

" There are 3 great Japanese chef at Sushi Kimura. Friendly chef Kimura made our experience comfortable and pleasant. Chef explained the types and parts of the fish from different parts of Hokkaido. The ingredients were very fresh. The settings and introduction of every dish were matched nicely. The sushi rice spread in your mouth so wonderfully that could only be mastered by a high level sushi chef. The fragrance and tasty grilled fish felt so good for the palate. The Organic Jack bean tea from his friend's farm ended so well. "
