A Singapore-based restaurant group offering distinctive perspectives on Italian cuisine, The Cicheti Group is home to four-and-counting unique Italian restaurant and bar concepts led by top homegrown leadership and hospitality talent – each built around an authentic yet homespun appreciation of eating and drinking one's way across Italy's many food and wine regions. It all began with Cicheti, a rustic-chic trattoria tucked in Singapore's Arab quarter since 2013, specialising in regional specialities and authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. Bar Cicheti is a deep dive, 6 years later, as Singapore's first specialty handmade pasta and "natural" wine-slated bar situated right off Keong Saik's trendy dining commune. Caffe Cicheti closed off 2020 for the group as trio with a cleverly rebranded modern-day osteria along downtown's South Beach Avenue that trades up its modern Australian past for fresh, bright flavours found up and down the coasts of Italy with highly quaffable wines and whatnot's all round-the-clock. A fourth concept is on the horizon, promising a fresh and focused take on one of Naple's—and the group's—most beloved culinary traditions.
