But while waiting for nurse Hsu to clean up the patient, he asked to see my tank set up instead and pointed out major mistakes. Thanks to their care, my ninja boy is now recovering at home, with a much improved shell. I am now better equip to care for such less common pets. Thank you, you guys and gals are simply amazing. "

" The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. They are also very knowledgeable about small animals and show a genuine interest to care for hamsters. Today, I brought my pet robovoski in as she was having diarrhea and had super long nails which needed to be cut. They were really detailed about the procedures they would perform and together with the break down of their pricing. It was super affordable and service was 100%. Unlike my other vet encounters which I’ve paid $300+ for, they rush the consultation without trying to slowly explain each procedure and sometimes show annoyance. At this vet, you simply will not have to deal with that. Highly highly recommend this vet to everyone, this place is so underrated. "

" Dr Daniel is very experienced with handling hamsters and has lots of patience. His team Elina and Sue are very professional provides lots of love and care as well. I have 2 senior hamsters that requires surgery and both recovered very well despite their old age and body conditions. Highly recommended for hamster owners. "

" Brought my hamster Peanut Ng to have the lump removed from his foot. Dr Sing explained in detail and respects owner decision. The surgery was successful and Peanut is home now.

" $450 dollar bill for a ear infection and no lab test at all!
They tried to sell more product/service which is not related to her condition(prescribe heartguard eventhough I've already informed the vet that there are still a year worth of heartguard at home/ Suggest my pet to be sterilized eventhough she was brought over for a fever induced by ear infection). The total bill was over 450 dollars and there is no lab test to diagnose what is causing the infection! After she took the prescribed drug , she suffered from vomiting and hair fall from her face. I definitely won't come back again! "
