" Nice and friendly staff. Had been a member of this gym for many years. The new team that took over updated some of the equipments. Plenty of free weights, exercise machines, treadmill, stationary bikes, prowler etc etc. Knowledgeable trainers to guide you. After all the exercises, you get a nice place to shower, a cool down area. "

" I have my weekly workout in this gym for over 4 years now. Have an excellent PT, Mark, providing me a variety of strength training to make me stronger. Have my wife train with him for about 11 months now that resolved her back and shoulder issue. Recent change of management has freshened up the already lovely place with many new and updated equipment. This well managed gym with friendly staff is a great place for starter or regular alike. "

" The gym has everything you need for a good workout. Staff and trainers are very friendly and give tips to improve your workout. Gym is clean and comfortable. New joiners will definitely not feel intimidated training. There are also classes and a rehab center to have a good stretch/massage to loosen my tight muscles. The best gym I've been! "

" If you want some fun while burning calories, this is the place to go! There are new equipment to play with and it gives your body a good workout. What I do appreciate is the consistent effort to keep the gym facilities clean and sanitized all the time. Oh! And I love this place for it's unpretentious character. We are there because we want to be healthier and look better. It is truly comfortable to work out in this gym because there is no pressure to show off! "
