" My favourite place to print at, reliable and the staff are super helpful. My favourite is the chinese older lady. They might look and seem impatient but they're really okay and are probably tired/overworked cause it's a super busy business. Speaking Mandarin definitely helps them understand you, they are not super good with english so if you're patient and nice, you'll guaranteed to have your print done. Also it's super affordable and I've been printing with them for at least 10 years. "

" Very unprofessional and rude staff. They speak to customers as if the customers owe them a living. Queued up earlier to have some booklets printed for company. They didn't serve or attend. When approach the counter, they scolded cos interrupted them. I told them they lost business and worked out. Go here at your own risk. Print tyrant at same level is way more professional. If true colour service is like this, one can only imagine what workmanship will be like or how they would respond to follow up requests. Stay away! "

been printing here for the past year thinking they had the most ‘affordable rates’ but turns out i have been wasting my time. relatively cheap does not mean its the best quality nor will good service be provided.
if you are or can speak chinese, then they will treat u better. i realised this unfair treatment over the past year. staffs are intimidating as well.
if you are a student looking to head here to print, i strongly suggest that you avoid this place!!! there are plenty of other printing shops that deserves am recognition. "

" The lady who service me and friend to print out the card design and poster is very kind , friendly , hardworking and helpful. She has also given advice so that in the future when we print our card layout it won't be cut out. She have also adjusted our card design so that it will be printed out correctly. " Service was very bad and it was an unpleasant experience at their printing store. There was a fat lady staff (sorry to call you that because I do not know your name but that's the only way to identify you), she was extremely rude towards me. Giving me attitude when her printer was stuck because my file was large. She said things like I am not going to help you because your disrupt my work.WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?? I also printed a catalogue that day and she kept on asking me to make payment while its still printing. Like hey, its not printed and you ask your customer to pay? How do I know if it everything is done well? Don't I need to check first? Also, I have already said multiple times that I have other things to print, why are you hurrying your customer to pay? "

" The staff here are very rude and inattentive. Except one who is addressed as Mdm Seah, if I’m not mistaken. But other than that, the rest are clueless and rude. The standard of service is zero. The quality the machine produces is beyond help. The paper isn’t cut well and most importantly they are not efficient. The overly plum Chinese lady is the worst. She doesn’t even know how to serve her customers. Service with a smile? More like service with an extra large serving of rice. "

The cutting machine at this wtv cOlours priNt is so blunt, a child’s scissors can do a better job. Don’t waste your money on their over priced items. Don’t waste 1hr waiting for something that other shops can get done in 2 mins. Just don’t go to this shop. "

" This shop is the almost as bad at Ben’s Quick Print. They have 8 staff members but the efficiency is as if they only have a 10 year old working. The staff are rude and blur. Only one auntie working there is nice and friendly. The rest are completely useless and a waste of space. I understand you’re only working to feed your family but it would be great if they at least gave at least 10% effort? They also randomly state their prices.
Do not every go here. Unless you just want to print excursion consent form. "

" irresponsible and careless. does not admit their mistakes and yet blame it on the customer. we asked for a double sided printing. half-way through one staff took out the paper and ask his colleague about the current printing job. later on he placed the paper back which btw is our own paper, he did not even check whether the paper was placed correctly. in the end it was printed upside down. and guess what! we were told it's our problem because we are using our own paper! "
