They do not have the capacity (limited classes & slots) to take in new members yet they still continue to do so only because they want to earn revenue. They will not listen to members' feedback after taking your money hence think twice before you decide to join this club. They probably would help you to book for the class initially but after 1 month or so, they manipulate the booking system to prevent you from getting class "so that other members can get class". But who are they to decide who to get class? All members paid for their membership fees hence should be given a level playing field. Fastest fingers first should be the rule of booking. I am a founder member who paid close to $7k end of last year but I have not been able to book class ever since they start manipulating the booking. You may consider other places such as One Wellness, Pure Yoga, HomYoga. Do not waste your money on such unprofessional place. Counter staffs are all unfriendly and rude except when you first sign up for the membership. "

" Scammer! Sold me a package but once got issue no response from the management team. Consultant said that the operation manager should be the one who follow up but for months (Dec last year) till now, keep chasing but no one contact me. Consultant also said that he cannot get a reply from the management. If own staff also cannot contact their management then I think there is something really wrong with the organisation. If you want to sign package with them, pls really consider. U have no one to check with once there is any issue. "

" Staff is very rude. They only care for you as a customer before you sign up for a package. Once you sign they treat you with no respect especially one guy named Marc koh acts like he's king and just talking to you is a favour already. Be careful of this place. Even if you don't care about the staff rudeness just walk into their toilets and showers to smell them first. It's so disgusting. "

" Sadly I also have nothing much good to say about this place. I just called to book a class for tomorrow and in the middle of the conversation the front desk - I think her name is Mandy. Hung up on me. Very rude speaking to me too.
Cleanliness is also an issue. Stinky and dirty mats. Blocks are not cleaned or replaced. Bathroom needs a renovation. Instructors are ok though. That’s the only thing that keeps me from coming back. "

" Instructors are okay. However, hygiene is bad - very dirty and smelly toilets and dirty shower rooms. Hot water in the showers do not work most of the time. Lockers are very smelly too. Staff there only interested to sell you packages, can't wait for you to sign on the dotted line and give them your credit card. "

" I enjoyed the classes and the masters/ teachers were great. however, some of the staff especially the people at the front desk were very rude. i also informed them a month before the cancellation of my membership with a valid reason but they did not do it. I was still charged with a month of payment debited to my bank account. :( "

" I go here several times/week, and am a fan of yoga. I am not a huge fan of True Yoga, however. While the instructors are good (if a bit impersonal sometimes), the place is in real need of a face-lift. Run-down, especially the toilets! Also, they really could clean the studios better. I'm so tired of having to clean up hair every time I go. It's not hard to do, and I've suggested they could do a better job, but I have been ignored. I still go, and will continue, but there are better studios. "
