" Stayed here 4 night in a row. Staffs are polite. Spacious lobby and restaurant. Room is neat and mine premier. No push shower in toilet. Internet speed was not that good but keep unresponsive for a while. Overall good. "

" Just wanna know why there is no water spray for washing in the toilets? They only provide the bowl washer type in the premier rooms but not the standard or deluxe..
As Muslim we need the spray to wash up after nature calls instead of using tissue.. hope the Hotel could provide with due consideration..thanks
Ps other than this the hotel is superb n clean n the restaurant serves good breakfast ... 👍🏻 "

" Went for the Penang food buffet. Serving sizes were pretty good with a fair variety of food. Layout was strange as hotel guests had to cut through the dining area to get to their rooms. Quality of food was fair and the buffet was reasonably priced. "

" We stayed on the 19th floor. The room was furnished with two single beds and a king sized bed. Despite being located in the busy orchard road, it was quiet in the evenings. We were served well and promptly, from having our luggage personally carried into the lobby to the swift check in, and even having our luggages sent straight to our rooms. It was my family's most enjoyable stay yet and we would definitely stay again! "

" After staying in a small budget hotel in Tokyo, I had the opportunity to stay at the York hotel in Singapore. The room is so spacious with a double bed. Unfortunately, only a smoking room was available. Even though the reception said that the room was freshened up, it's still smelly. My clothes in the suitcase also became smelly. Room service was OK but they washed the used cups in the bathroom. The lipstick stains didn't wash out properly.
Also, when my family came and we moved to a family room, the room slippers were not available and TV didn't work properly. We had to ask room service and electrician separately.
Other than that, the service was friendly and the location superb. "

" Spent two days, one night at York Hotel and was overall satisfied with the hotel and the staff. The location of the hotel is great, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the popular Orchard Road, full of malls and shops. The breakfast served was a buffet, and provided a wide variety of foods to choose from. As for the room, it was very clean when we entered, where the only thing that was lacking was a kettle and some bottles of water. Aside from that, my experience at York Hotel was great. "

" We stayed at York Hotel many times, specially when travelling with family. The room is spacious so for the 4 of us we can all stay in one room comfortably. Location wise it is superb, a 3 minutes walk to Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Paragon on Orchard rd. It is always a nice choice when visiting for health check-ups because you got a bonus of convenience in getting your other wants and needs within a close range "

" 1) did not have adequate items in the hotel. (Example toothbrush wasn't replenished when we first check in)
2) customer service was not of four star rating standard. It was more of a three star standard. There's room for improvement.
3) showering facilities was like a three star hotel standard instead of four star. example water gets intermittent hot and cold during shower.
4) should improve on the aspects mentioned above especially because the hotel is already in a location that's not near the train station and shopping malls. "
