I said I would text back once I checked my schedule and did so 5 minutes later, changing my appointment to 11am. Today, i arrived on site at 10.45, texted to let them know and turns out the technician will not be able to make it down until 1pm. I understand that mistakes happen and would be more than happy to reschedule, however I have to text 5 times and call two different people to get a response at all about their screw up. Not to mention that they are completely unapologetic. If you are looking for any measure of service or professionalism then I suggest you bring your business to someone else. If you are looking to waste an incredible amount of your time and effort give Benji a call. "
