As a level 3 certified WSET person, I knew this label is going to be good if it’s well kept. I called the store and ask if this bottle was indeed available, if so I’m going to come and pick it up. I ask if this wine has been kept in the correct condition. So I’m assured that the wine has been allowed to age further for flavour development. The Italian Barolo are typically aged for at least 3 years before it’s released for sale in the market. So basically this bottle has been bottled aged for 13 years since it’s released. Look at the garnet appearance of the wine. "
