Nearly all services and facilities are there, restaurants and Cafe's, lounges, children play areas, tropical gardens with waterfall, duty free ,ATM'S, luxury brands, clothing, travel accessories and much more. " Certainly one of the cleanest and most state of the art airports in the world. It’s extremely unique. If you have a long layover here, you shouldn’t be upset. There’s plenty to do. They have high end shopping, a FREE movie theater, whiskey tasting, and plenty of eye catching places to take photos. They have plenty of nice lounges and good restaurants as well. "

" I enjoy transiting through this airport because the staff are all so professional and helpful however there are two major downsides: (1) if you do not have a Singapore bank card you cannot change any currency and (2) Singapore Airline and their Passenger Loyalty are two separate entities they tell me, so you cannot get into the lounge or ask for an upgrade on points, etc at the airport - you have to organise it with the loyalty program in advance. Unbelievably they have also not rolled over the loyalty points during the pandemic so all the points I built up prior to the pandemic have been lost because their has been no travel *allowed* from Australia for the last 1.5 years :/ "

" Very big and a beautiful design airport. Clean with a lot of spaces insida. Big terminal with big amount of shops, bars, restaurants. Airport is directly connected with center of town by metro so if there is some time it is very easy to go and visit also hole city. Airport clean, well organized with professional service. " Best airport in the world... Lots of exploring to do while waiting for flight.... During one of my transit I wanted to check out of the arrival before my next flight due in 5 hours to meet my friends who had come to meet and sent me off to another country... The first time round, wanting to clear the custom I was denied the exit however the customer service personal informed me that I was allowed to exit as long as I do not leave the airport and got on my next flight... So I went back to clear the exiting custom this time to another counter.. Again I was denied even when I had informed her that I could exit as told by customer service but she insisted that i was not allowed as time of my next flight did not allow... So I took a step back and went to the next counter and asked again and the person over the counter told me to fill up the declaration form and told me to go to the next counter and I did as instructed... Thank god after wasting my time and trying for 2 and half hours walking to and from making lots of phone call to customers services and friends for more information ... I was called over by another lady over the counter who was professional yet friendly guiding me through the exit...finally I cleared the custom I can't thank her enough as I was seeing my best friends after 2 long years of separation and God know how long I would be away this time round. ... I'm the end I was able to meet my friends... Grab breakfast together... And still made it to my next flight... Kudos to the staff who made it possible 😆... "

" Definitely my favorite airport in the world. Changi is a pleasure to the traveller's exhausted soul. It combines style, efficiency and beauty together to create the perfect layover choice. The airport is easily navigable with the signs and the staff are helpful. There are always interesting installations that change periodically and fun activities. Even the restrooms are very beautifully done with lots of soothing green. The duty free shopping area is expansive and nice plus most restaurants and shops are very affordable and provide good selections. Changi even has a butterfly park! Highly recommended for flights to and from Asia! "

" Great airport. Prayer room for Muslims are available in every terminal. There are meditation room too. Security check is only in the gate so you don't have to do it over and over again. It's warm and comfortable as well. In new terminal, water is available to wash in toilet. In older terminals, there are only tissue. Connecting shuttle bus is available "

The airport is huge, well organized and beautiful. This airport has been designed in a way that during the day time, they mostly rely on sunlight for energy saving, due to their unique ceiling design that allows the airport to be well lit with sunlight. This airport has a cinema with free screening of movies, many shops and food courts. They also have a butterfly garden, Orchard garden, Cactus garden, Sunflower garden and enchanted garden, thus Changi Airport is the most greenest airport in the world. "

Gone here 4 times in 2 years and I really like it!!
Just that the Singapore Airline business lounge isn't as good as the Melbourne one.
Nice and big as well.
Lots of transport and that really is my favourite part!
I recommend this airport for stop-overs and departure
Shops and food was fine, with lots of duty free shops.
Staff were kind.
Lots of signs for directions if you get lost and there are lots of boarding gates and terminals!
Always a seat in the boarding area if you need to wait a few hours.
No way I can give a lower star rating because this airport has gotta be one of the best in the world and the one that I've gone to!
Also, it's very tidy and whilst I was there I found NO RUBBISH on the floor!!
Just a reminder, there were plenty of currency exchanges.
Parking was fine, except that if you wanted a taxi, you NEED to go to a nearby taxi stop (there should be one at the airport) Uber was okay, but you would have to wait a while and then they might just reject it.
Make sure that your prepared for driver/taxi to pick you up "

" I have used this airport many times when it was winning the best airport in the world. Clean, efficient and overall excellent. From memory, this is the only airport where they actually check that your claim stub matches your check-in bag. I haven't been here in a long time but still hears a lot of good things about the airport. "

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, so many things to do especially if you have a long wait in transit, it's fantastic to be able to pop outside for fresh air, the bathrooms are brilliant and very clean, loved the foot and leg massagers which are free!! I was amazed by these and they done wonders for my sore feet and legs.
Best air port I have ever been in and will ensure we go this way again. "
