In this day and age, having the right info and preparing customers ahead of time is so important. Their fixed fee is a plus point, because you know your payment is "capped." And oh her resourcefulness... she is connected to very efficient lawyers and bankers, so the whole "stress" of transacting a property is significantly reduced. There is no MSG in my review, every word is deliberate.
I also think that she is patient and adaptive to the requests that I've made. Sometimes we have limitation of information and she is willing to go the extra mile to help me, very very appreciative. There's also a sense of appropriateness, that is there are certain information that is "private" and she is sensitive enough not to probe. That makes the transaction "safe" which I can imagine is not only important for me, but also for many people.
On top of all these she is on time for our meetings and she is well prepared. These are the "givens" for a professional, but sometimes we get agents that are just uncouth and too sales oriented but unprofessional.

" Ping Property is an exceptional property agency/property management service company. They were fast to find a tenant for my property to lease out, and they vetted through the tenants to find me the most suitable one as I reside overseas.
Not only were they quick, Pam managed my property with superb services, where she helped me find suitable contractors to fix up all the problems that were left from my previous tenants, and followed up with the day-to-day of the repairs with constant updates.
I did not have to lift a finger when looking for a tenant, repairs, rental collection etc. Pam and Jenny were fantastic at their jobs and really on the ball.
In recent times, COVID did not help the property market but Pam managed to find a buyer for my unit in a span of a month. The hard work, effort and care put into her work is sincerely appreciated.

" I came to know the company through an ad that my sister in law saw. Initially I was sceptical on the non standard service fees. After the first meeting with Andy and Pam, we were convinced that we will not be short changed of any services expected of a property agent. Andy managed to sell our HDB at the targeted price n also assisted us to buy a resale condo of our choice in a short time. Our queries were handled in an accurate and timely manner. We are constantly updated on the process of our selling ad buying. In summary, we appreciate the following:
