" Very friendly and helpful customer service. The car I booked was not available so he wanted to give me a free upgrade. The upgraded car was not to my liking so I paid a bit more for an almost brand new Audi A3. Returning of the car was super easy but unfortunately at T2 (my flight was at T1). However, going from T2 to T1 was not a hassle. Got back my deposit 2 weeks later as per contract. Highly recommended. "

" I received an email on the 1st of june stating that they will charge me $214(including gst) for the cleaning fees as they found ashes and ciggerate smell in the car where as i am not a smoker. I do not recommend this car rental to the people our there!! "

" Avoid, they appear to be a scam operation. I booked and paid for my 3 week rental through a 3rd party website giving my flight details when I booked. The flight was 45 minutes late and the luggage was a bit slow. When I turned up at the desk (after 13 hr flight) they told me they had “rented my car to someone else” because I was late. They did have one other (and only one) another “identical” car available but it was much more money. I would have to sacrifice my original booking and book afresh with them. The person photoed was unable to show me this Sixt policy, put me through to a manager or explain the policy in any detail. He told me he would call the police if I took his photo. But since they’ve stolen my money I decided to risk it. Avoid!!!!! "
