Front desk service staff are v courteous, responsive and knowledgeable to a certain extent
Well trained as part of the corporate efforts by the company
Repair Costs are transparent to the customers. No hidden costs but be prepared to pay for labor costs, which can b high
Not so +factors
If u need parts replacements u have to be prepared to pay for originals (=more expensive parts) as they do not procure OEM parts
Not flexible in absorbing minor charges as it is company policy. So u pretty much pays for everything.
I have learnt over the years that if i need normal servicing checks & oil/filter changes, its ok to use them but if i need major repair works, somehow your mom&pop car repair shops still your best options in terms of price

" One of the most responsible workshop. Workshop knows when they do wrong and admits it not like other smaller workshops that basically just tries to deny everything. Service is excellent and would definitely go back. I have 3 cars and they are all serviced by comfort. I would like to say that they were not very experienced with BMW hence when I sent mine in there was some issues here and there. Workmanship is excellent but for so many years one incident when they dented car body a little by accident. But servicing of my Hyundai Sonata is done prefectly there as they service many comfort TAXIs... They took responsibility for anything they do wrong. That's what I feel is most assuring.. Even more important than that CASETRUST logo... After all... It's JUST a logo.. They have showed me that they put it to action... "
