It is ridiculous when one of the clinic assistant told me to go back home to get a mask first. I work in a clinic too, isnt it supposed for you all to provide mask whenever a patient didnt wear any mask?! And also, she gave us a one kind stare. I think they shouldnt work as a frontliner. "

" This clinic used to be good (both doctors and receptionist) when it started operations. Success has perhaps gotten to their heads. The receptionists were rude and void of empathy during my recent visits. If you are looking to meet unprofessional staff, this is the place to visit. "
