Pls read through the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before placing an order. It will be understood that customers placing an order have already read through the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and are AGREEABLE to the terms.

SHIPPING POLICIES
As all items are on first come first serve basis, additional time will be required to bring in new stocks, thus the delivery date given is only an approximate.

RIGHTS RESERVED
ESC reserves the right to modify terms/policy at any time.

PAYMENT / DELIVERY
Upon confirmation of the order, full payment is to be made to POSB Savings Account: 405-29051-0. Instalment Payment available.

Kindly inform once transfer is made. Once full payment is received, we will process your order.
Additional charges incurred for payments via other means (eg: Western Union, postage etc.) will be payable by customers. Unless otherwise stated.

All prices are inclusive of Customs taxes, GST etc if any.

Orders will be void if payment is not received within 2 days upon confirmation.

Items can be self-collected in Hougang or sent via registered mail. Cost of postage will be payable by the customer and the cost will be added to the final payment.

Delivery is also provided. Delivery charges are charged depending on the locations as the delivery service is outsourced.

Accessories are not advisable to be sent via postage. If request is made ESC will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the transit.

* Once items are purchased it’s neither TRANSFERABLE nor REFUNDABLE nor EXCHANGEABLE.

* Once items are purchased NO CANCELLATION is allowed.

*In the above two circumstances payment will be forfeited.
