" Hong Lee is a brand I will trust. We got a light coloured granite for our kitchen top through our Interior Design Contractor from Hong Lee. There were issues with the stone. Though the ID stalled to address the issue, Hong Lee were proactive in assessing the situation and providing solutions.
Eventually, they replaced the counter top for us, planning it perfectly well, with minimal impact to our daily lives. They also did it at their own cost! Special thanks to Mr. Neo Kok Theng for the customer advocacy that he displayed in the process. "

" Hong Lee is the best place I have visited by far, not only have they a wide range of products, the superb customer service (these include the lovely receptionist and warehouse workers) really sets them apart from other places.
The sale representative Ms. Verlyn was responsive in communications, very experienced and efficient. She is patient, courteous and helpful with recommendations and follow ups.
I HIGHLY recommend anyone to contact and visit HONG LEE if you ever need these quality stones. I went for a visit and purchased my marble piece on the spot. I am happy and excited with my choice of a marvellous piece of Black Forest marble for my counter top.
