Students go through a big transition from Primary to Secondary syllabus, and my daughter was failing her Science subjects in the first half of Sec 1. This has been stressful and de-motivating for her.
She enrolled for Science tuition with Mavis Kovan, under Mr Imran. He is a very good tutor, not only explaining the topics well, but also keeps his lessons engaging with stories and his brand of humour. My daughter was well guided by Mr Imran throughout Sec 1 – 4. Her grasp of science concepts improved significantly, and it also enhanced her interest in this subject. During ‘O’ Level 2021, she achieved A1s for Bio, Chem and Physics.
